In relation to the sacrificed meat during the three day of Eid ul-Adha, could you please advice on:

In he name of Allah, the Inspirer of truth
1. It is necessary to have the Qurbani take place within the three days of “Ayyam al-Nahr” (10, 11, 12 of Dhu ‘l-Hijja). It will not be valid before this time not after these dates.
2. It is best to distribute the meat as soon as possible, but not necessary. Therefore, for the sake of canning or other arrangements, it could be distributed after three months.
3. The meat could be distributed raw or cooked. Normally, whatever is more beneficial for the recipients is considered the superior option.
