Does washing your child after they use the restroom nullify wudu?

I know washing your babies bottom does not invalidate wudu, from what I read on this website. From my understanding washing urine and feces of your baby does not invalidate wudu. Does this apply until they are able to wash themselves? Is there an age that washing your child does invalidate your wudu? Does touching their private parts in order to clean them invalidate wudu?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
