Due to the shortening of the daylight hours and the close proximity of prayers, I forgot to pray my Asr until the maghrib adhaan was being called. I immediately realised and performed Asr followed by the Maghrib prayer. Is my Asr prayer valid?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

The prayer would be valid, but it is sinful to do this deliberately.
