Is it okay to look at a guy if you dont feel any attraction, like a male teacher?

It is a Divine Counsel to the believers, male and female, to lower their gazes, even when there is not fear of attraction. This is one of the key sunnas of proper social interaction. [ Nahlawi, al-Durar al-Mubaha fi’l Hadhr wa’l Ibaha]
