Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

The clothes that are worn, while menstruating, are they paak, to wear after menstruation, they may have no nijasat on them, but just the fact they were worn, when menstrauting, would you have to wash them, before wearing them again, when menstration has finished and to where generally including praying?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.

Clothes worn during menstruation are pure (tahir), and are not recommended to wash unless there is reasonable fear that there may be blood on them.

And Allah alone gives success.
