Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

Due to the difference of opinion amongst scholars regarding this, In our times due to the widespread use of alcohol in all sorts of things, it has become very difficult to avoid it. the scholars have given a fatwa regarding this, as for external use of this type of alcohol is not Haram. However, its oral intake is still impermissible except in cases of necessary medication.
