Q: Is there any dua I can pray in the shop for a worker that is troubling, comes drunk to work, if he don’t want to come to work he doesn’t come. I need something to pray so either he comes right or he leaves the job. I can’t fire him, he has to leave on his own. Jazakallah

A: Recite رَبِّ إنِّيْ مَغْلُوْبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ seven times after every namaaz.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
