Interpreting Dreams: Graves and Brides

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q:

  1. Today I had a dream that my mum and me are going somewhere and there is a graveyard on the way. My mum says she wants to recite Surah faatiha on someone’s grave and we enter the graveyard. Mum recites faatiha and I recited surah fatiha and surah ikhlas on the grave and then put some flowers on the grave. What does it mean?
  2. I want to ask what does it mean to see yourself as a bride in a dream?

A:

  1. You should read some portion of the Qur’an or give charity and convey the reward of the recitation and the charity to those who have passed on from your family.
  2. If you are not married, Insha Allah, Allah Ta’ala will bless you with a pious spouse.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
