Dealing with Waswassa: Confusion and Concerns about Cleanliness

Q: I have a serious problem of waswassa? I feel that i a drop of urine came out but I am seriously not sure of it. I don’t know what shall I do? I am so fed up that I think I am napaak every time. After menses and before it some white fluid comes out of my private parts? Does that create any problem with namaaz. I came to know that it doesn’t effect my namaaz. During day I feel my private parts a little wet. Wearing a panty all the time causes rashes so I wear pajamas. My question is whether my clothes and bed sheets get dirty? I am highly confused. Please help in a way that I can understand.

A: Until you are completely certain that something has come out, do not regard your wudhu to have broken. Do not pay attention to the waswasa.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
