What have you learnt form this statement?

A: This statement of Imaam Shafi (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) is recorded in his book Deewaan of Imaam Shafi Rahmatullahi Alaihi (pg 43 no.19). The meaning is correct, however, people of understanding  know the context in which the statement should be quoted, without hurting the feelings of people or causing any pain to them.
