Q: A woman’s husband, mother in law and all other in-laws are telling her to start working, but that woman is not interested in finding a job. She wants to be at home. How can she convince her in laws and her husband not to work? Will she be disobeying her husband?
A: She is right and she does not need to feel guilty at all. They need to make taubah for making zulm on her to leave the house. May Allah Ta`ala keep her steadfast and straight with prosperity, barkat and respect.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
