Q: It has been openly challenged in the Quraan that no verse or chapter can be created by anyone similar to what is in it. What is the criteria and how to judge if a verse is similar or not with that of Quraan?
A: Those that are well versed in the language of the Quraan, in understanding the content, substance, presentation of an argument and thereafter substantiating, such people are in a position to make a fair judgement provided there is absolutely no prejudice or bias.
