Q: If a son and father commits sodomy with each other, will this nullify the father’s marrige with the son’s mother?
A: This will not nullify the nikaah with the son’s mother. However, this is an extremely serious sin. Both should cry and sincerely beg Allah Ta’ala’s forgiveness and pledge never to commit this sin again. This sin is so abhorred and detestable that the entire nation of Hazrat Loot (alaihis salaam) was destroyed and wiped out due to committing this sin.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
