Time of jumuah salaah

Q: Is there a fix time for jumuah salaah or can it be done earlier, like 12:00 noon?

Bismillaah

A: The time of Jumuah is after zawaal. Jumuah salaah cannot be performed before zawaal.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
