Questions regarding khula and talaaq

Q:

1. If I say to my wife “tmko khula lena hai toh lelo” during an argument and she said I don’t want to take khula will it be khula or talaq?

2. If I say to my wife during a fight “tu dekh mein tujhe kal paper bhejta hun/paper bhejunga” will that be a talaq.

3. If I say to my wife “mjse sign lelena or paper lelena” with intention to tease and threaten her, will that be a talaq although there was no discussion of talaaq.

Bismillaah

A:

1. It will not be khula.

2. No.

3. No talaaq will take place.
