Performing maghrib salaah before esha time enters

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I leave work before maghrib and on my way home maghrib prayer time enters. I cannot offer maghrib when the time enters and only offer maghrib prayers just before Esha prayer. Is it allowed to offer maghrib prayer before Esha if you dont offer it on time?

Bismillaah

A: The time of Maghrib remains until the Esha time sets in. If you perform the Maghrib before the Esha time sets in then the namaaz is valid.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
