Authenticity of a Hadith regarding the virtues of reciting bismillah

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I have read a narration in Tafseer e Burhan that Rusullalah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Whoever says bismillah will earn 5,000 ruby palaces in Jannah and each palace will have 1,000 chambers and in each chamber there are 70,000 thrones made of emerald and infront of each throne are 70,000 carpets made of special fabrice upon each is seated a hoor al ayn.

Is this book, Tafseer e Burhan authentic? I want to know if this hadith is sahih (authentic).

Bismillaah

A: We have not come across this book.

We have not come across this narration.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
