Is washing hands with soap a sunnah?

Q: Is using soap whilst washing the hands considered to be a sunnat?

Bismillaah

A: No. However, ensuring that all the grime or any dirt is washed out is in accordance to the sunnat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
