Questions on Sexual Relations in Marriage: Permissible Acts and Boundaries

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I was looking for a kitaab on sexual relations like what is permissible and what is not but I haven’t been able to find clarity on the following:

1) Is your spouse allowed to finger you whilst you’re on your haidh

2) Do you only make ghusal after his sexual organ enters your body or do you only make gusal after he ejaculates.

3) If you feel uncomfortable or extreme pain can you stop your husband

4) Is it permissible for a husband to put his mouth onto the sexual organ of his wife

Bismillaah

A:

1. After concealing the area between navel and knee it is permissible to take pleasure from any other area of the body.

2. After he enters.

3. Yes, you could express your pain and discomfort.

4. This is disgusting.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
