Q: Sadly I have found a video recording of my wife with another man. Can I use this video in an Islamic court as proof of her cheating? It is conclusive that it is in fact her as there is mentioned very specific personal details.
A: We suggest that if you are not comfortable with her and you feel that the trust has been breached then respectfully end the marriage.
