Q:I sleep less but my health gets disturbed. Is there any dua I can keep my routine of sleeping less but performing actively.
A: You should not deprive your body of its rights. The average amount of sleep an adult requires is between 6 to 8 hours.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
