The existence of Allah Ta’ala

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Hope all is well. My question is, ‘does reason support or refute the existence of God?’ I have been asked this by my Christian friend and would appreciate an answer.

Bismillaah

A: The existence of god is as obvious as daylight. Any person who is normal in his senses will say that light is light. If he says light is darkness then there is something wrong in his reasoning and understanding. Similarly is the existence of Allah Ta`ala. It is only a pervert or a madman that will reject the existence of a creator.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
