Assalmu-alaikum. I have been suffering from neurogenic pain in my lower par of body. I request u to pls tell me any dua which can help me to get rid of this pain.

Recite سورۃ الم نشرح21 times with durood 11 times before and after, blow on your hands and wipe the hands over body. Also, blow on water and drink it.
