Does Allah Ta’ala Feel or Understand Our State?

Q:

1. Is it incorrect to say that Allah Ta’ala feels us or understands our state? I know He knows everything, but what about the usage of the above mentioned words?

2. Is the dunya described as terrible in the Quran?

1. Allah Ta`ala’s knowledge is comprehensive and perfect. He knows your inner feelings as He sees you outwardly.

2. It is described as the goods of deception.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
