What to Do When Your Friend Marries Someone Who is Separated but Not Divorced?

Q: One of my friends got married with a women and later he knows that she is already married but she is separated from 2 years from her husband but not divorce. So now what he have to do?

Bismillaah

A: It is haraam to live with that woman. He must separate from her immediately.
