Can Men wear red and yellow clothing in Islam?

Q: Is it true that a man cannot wear red and yellow clothes? What if a shirt or pants has some parts of yellow or red, can he still wear it?

Bismillaah

A: Bright red and yellow colours are not advisable for men.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
