Bathing in the sea or lake when there is a drought

Q: What if there is drought of water and there is no water for ghusal and a young boy has ihtilaam, how can he perform namaaz?

Bismillaah

A: If there is a sea, lake etc. nearby he could bath in that water.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
