Asking a Muslim maid to purchase something from the shop

Q: We have a Muslim lady worker. She comes and does the work and after finishing our work she goes to a nearby shop as a sales girl. She doesn’t wear burqa while going out, so can we ask her to buy something for us on her way back to home? I mean if we ask her to buy our things will we be like sharing her sin of not wearing burqa and going out?
