Brushing the teeth when waking up for fajr

Q: Is it compulsory to brush the teeth when we wake up for Fajr prayer? This is for those who have a habit of sleeping after Fajr prayer so that they can brush their teeth only once in the morning.

Bismillaah

A: It is a strongly emphasized sunnat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
