Question:
Answer:
- In Surah Jinn, Verse 18 Allah Ta’ala mentions that the Masaajid belong to Allah alone. Nabi (S.A.W.) has mentioned that the Masaajid are the most beloved venues in the sight of Allah. There is no place which holds more sanctity than the Masaajid. The Masjid is one of the outstanding symbols of Islam. We have been enjoined to honour and respect the Masaajid to such an extent the Nabi (S.A.W.) prohibited us from engaging in worldly affairs whilst in the Masjid.
These immoral individuals have violated the sanctity of the Masjid. They have openly declared their enmity for Islam. They have indeed shown great disrespect to the House of Allah. They should not be left without being apprehended for the harm caused. The Muslim community in your area should give this matter utmost attention and should not rest until justice does not prevail. Unfortunately the Shar’i law cannot be passed on these obscene characters since this is not a Darul Islam but we should make use of every possible avenue to have them apprehended and taken to task so that they become a lesson for others with similar ideas. They should be sued and compelled to compensate for the damages caused. We make Du’aa and hope that the Muslims in your area will act as the true vicegerents of Allah and may He help you to succeed.
- If Najaasat-e-Ghaleezah (stool) is found on ones clothes and is equal to the size of the Maq’ad (anus) or less and one is aware of it then it will be Makrooh to perform Salaah in this state. If one does so then it will be Waajib to repeat such a Salaah. If there is a stain on the clothes then this will not affect ones Salaah. (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 520)
- Men are only allowed to wear rings made of silver. It will not be permissible to wear a ring made of gold or any other substance. (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 9, Page 517-518)
