Answer:
It is permissible for a woman to read Surah Fatihah with the intention of Du’aa. (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 214. Ahsanul Fataawaa, Vol. 2, Page 71, Fataawaa Haqqaniyyah, Vol. 2, Page 562 and 556, Fataawaa Rahimiyyah, Vol. 9, Page 117-118)
