I am expatriate and would like to ask one question from Saudi Arabia This year I make a plan for Hajj that will be the first time in my life but I want to go without permission from Saudi Government . Please give me the answer as per the “shariath” whether it is permission able or not.

In such a circumstance the applicant’s Haj of course would be executed but will be a sinner for acting against the Law. Therefore it is better to perform Haj only after obtaining the permission legally.
