Is it necessary to redo the Nikah according to South African customs?

Question:

A South African got married to a Moroccan woman in Morocco according to the tradition for Nikah in that country.

The Nikah was conducted by a judge in front of witnesses.

The man is not completely satisfied and wants to know:

1)     Is it suitable to redo the Nikah in South Africa according to South African customs?

2)     Would this be correct?

3)     How could this be alleviated?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The nikah as explained by you in the question is valid. There is no need to perform another nikah.
