Can widow’s sister’s husband stay in widow’s house?
Question:
While I am in ʿiddat, my sister is here staying with me. Can her husband come and stay for a few days?

Answer:
It is permissible for your sister’s husband to come and stay in your home with your sister. He should not be alone with you at any point.
