Is there a Hadith that promises Paradise for a person who leaves quarrelling and arguing?

Imam Abū Dāwūd (d. 275/889) narrates in his Sunan (4800) with a ḥasan (agreeable) chain from the companion Abū Umāmah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: “I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for the one who stops quarrelling even if he is in the right, and [I guarantee] a house in the middle of Paradise for the one who stops lying even whilst joking, and [I guarantee] a house in the upper part of Paradise for the one who perfects his character.”
عَنْ أبِيْ أمَامَةَ رَضِيَ اللہُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّى اللہُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلّم: أنَا زَعِيْمٌ بِبَيْتٍ فِيْ رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ لِمَنْ تَرَكَ الْمِرَاءَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُحِقًّا ، وَ بِبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ لِمَنْ تَرَكَ الْكَذِبَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَازِحًا ، وَ بِبَيْتٍ فِي أَعْلَى الْجَنَّةِ لِمَنْ حَسَّنَ خُلُقَهُ ، رواہ أبوداود (٤۸۰۰) والرویاني في مسندہ (۱۲۰۰) والدولابي في الکنی (۱٦٤۳) والطبراني في الکبیر (۷٤۸۸) والبیھقي في السنن (۲۱۱۷٦) وشعب الإیمان (۷٦٥۳)۔
