Can this Hadith Qudsi be quoted?
قال الله يا ابن آدم لا يغرنك ذنب الناس عن ذنبك ولا تبعد الناس عن نعمة الله ولا تقنط الناس من رحمة الله وأنت ترجوها
Answer
Imam Daylami (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith Qudsi. However, the Muhaddithun have declared the Hadith a fabrication. The Hadith should not be quoted.

Translation
Allah Ta’ala says, “O son of Adam, Do not let people’s sins deceive you [from looking at your own sins], do not distance people from the bounties of Allah, do not make people despair of the Mercy of Allah whereas you hope for it.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
