What is the status of the narrator Malik ibn Al Harith As Sulami Ar Raqqi?

Malik ibn Al Harith As Sulami Ar Raqqi (rahimahullah) has been declared reliable by Imams Yahya ibn Ma’in, ‘Ijli and Ibn Hibban (rahimahumullah). Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has also recorded his Hadiths in his Sahih.
