Yes, this is a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) recorded in the following Hadith collections on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

- Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 612-613
- Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 4 pg. 243
Imams Ibn Hibban and Hakim (rahimahumallah) have declared the Hadith authentic. ‘Allamah Dhahabi (rahimahullah) concurs. Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al ‘Asqalani (rahimahullah) has graded the Hadith sound (hasan).
