I would like to know if the following is a Hadith?
“Do not allow your stomachs to become graveyards for animals [by consuming excessive amounts of meat]”
Answer
I have not come across this as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
‘Allamah Munawi and ‘Allamah Lahji (rahimahumallah) have cited this as the statement of some physician.
(Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 1303 and Muntahas Sul, vol. 2 pg. 123)
