Is this narration authentic?

عظموا البطيخ فإنه من حلل الأرض ماؤه شفاء وحلاوته من الجنة

Answer

The Muhaddithun have declared this Hadith a fabrication. The Hadith should not be quoted.

Translation

Allow the watermelon to become huge for they are the garments of the earth. Its water/juice is a cure and the sweetness is from Jannah.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
