كفى علماً عَلَى النفاق أن يكون الرَّجُلُ جار المسجد لا يرى فِيهِ
Answer:
Imam Ibn Rajab Al Hambali (rahimahullah) has cited this narration as the statement of the famous Tabi’i, Ibrahim An Nakha’i (rahimahullah).

Translation
A sufficient sign of hypocrisy is that a man lives next to the Masjid but he is not seen in it.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
