Kindly verify these translations and provide the references :

1) Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

Whoever imitates a nation is of them

 2) Nabi (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

The one who imitates others is not of us

Answer

1) Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

Whoever imitates a nation is from among them

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 4027 )

The above Hadith is sound (hasan li ghayrihi) due to corroboration.

2) Rasullullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) is reported to have said:

The one who imitates others is not from among us

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2695, with a weak chain, but is sufficiently supported by the first Hadith cited above.)
