When is the ideal time to have a Walimah?
Answer
Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
The Walima should be held within the first three days and not prolonged to beyond that. [Fataawa Mahmudiyya, Vol. 13, Pg. 206].
