Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwa-TT.com
Question:

In our Hajj, we could only reach Jamaraat on the first day of Rami at Zuhr time (around1PM), as we came walking from Muzdalifa to Jamaraat after Fajr salaat. Our group advised us beforehand that the Qurbani will be done at 10AM, so the qurbani was done before we finished Rami and after Rami we did Halq (shaving of the head). Is that acceptable in the order it is done or do we have to give some quffara or Dum. Please advice JazakAllah U Khai.

Also on the 2nd day of rami, we misplaced our stones that we were carrying for that day, we had no other choice but to collect the stones ting around the wall of jamaraat, which is pelted with stones. It is acceptable or some quffara or dum is required? Please advice JazakAllah U Khair

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

1) According to the Hanafi madhab, it is compulsory (wajib) to maintain the sequence between Rami and Qurbani. The Rami must be done before the Qurbani. If you did the Qurbani before the Rami, then one Damm is compulsory.1

It is disliked (makrooh tanzihi)to use the pebbles around the Jamaraat. However, the Rami will be valid and no Kaffarah or Damm would be necessary.2
