Question:
Whilst a person is leading Taraweeh and he gets stuck for a duration longer than three Tasbeehs, will Sajdah Sahw be necessary?

Answer:
From amongst the reasons for which Sajdah Sahw is performed is the advancing or delaying of a Rukn of Salaah (Al Muhit al Burhani, Vol 2, Pg 308). If the Imam got stuck and caused a delay in performing the Ruku’, then Sajdah Sawh would be necessary.
