Asalam Alaikum, I live in a non-Muslim country the Uk in England I live as I was born here I got a couple of family members here like my mother father and siblings and 2 uncles but the rest of my family is in my country Kosovo I wanted to know is it permissible for me to live here in England

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is permissible for you to live in England. The Prophet S.A.W. and the companions R.A. lived with Muslims and non-Muslims in Madinah and elsewhere. (1)

After Dimad, Abu Dhar, Tufail R.A. and a number of other Sahabah accepted Islam, the Prophet S.A.W. sent them back to their tribes so they can live amongst them, and also call them toward Islam. (2)

Only Allah knows best.
