Question

Are the laws of hijaab applicable between a man and his illegitimate daughter (from zinaa)? Can she live with him?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

In regard to the question in very simple terms, the relationship between a man and his illegitimate daughter is that she will be allowed to live with him and she will not need to wear hijab in front of him and will be counted as his mahram.

The ruling is as following those relations that are haraam through nikah are also haraam through Zina. (Fataawa Mahmoodiya vol 13 pg 545)
