Interaction Between Couples in a Long Distant Marriage

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer

In essence, it would be permitted as it is regarded as foreplay. But, if your husband is aroused and masturbates, it will not be permitted as you are helping him in sin. If he ejaculates without interference then it is not impermissible.
