Are there any fatwas on consuming meat/chicken in the Holy Lands? Is there any good research on this topic?

Answer:
Realistically speaking, I will not be able to comment on the halal meat/chicken being served in the Holy Lands as we do not know to which madhhab they ascribe, and if each individual seller ascribes to a certain madhhab or not, if any madhhab at all.
The best way is to ask the local people if they hand slaughter their chicken or not.
