Question:
Can we do perineum physiotherapy while fasting, as we have to use an intravaginal device for that purpose as well as an ultrasound transmission gel?
Will the insertion of that device and the gel break the fast?

It is permissible as long as the gel does not reach one’s intestines.[1]
